• Scheduling and setting up meetings, calendar management for several leads and VPs, ordering office supplies, coordinating engineer seating, scanning projects, facilitating media capture and filing on server, and assisting facilities and IT requests for the department.
• Reviewing, formatting, and printing documents including Pilot Operating Handbooks, test reports, meeting materials, and official letterhead usage.
• Support engineering department hiring by facilitating resume reviews, scheduling phone interviews, and coordinating onsite interviews.
• Editing media to facilitate release to customers or public release, and trimming videos to significant test points for engineers to utilize.
• Generating graphics for patches, t-shirts, and vinyl decals to support program morale and needs.
• Coordinating visitor tours for various groups including student groups and special visitors to support good relations with local and aerospace communities.
• Supported the Communications Department in generating the company newsletter, social media posts, and website content.

In addition to overall engineering support for program teams throughout the department, I supported a large program team as their dedicated admin for six years handling the above tasks and more:

• Coordinated the customer’s media crew requests with the test team to avoid disruption during test operations and keep both teams operating safely around each other.
• Helped write press releases and social posts for vehicle test milestone announcements in coordination with the customer’s information and timing restrictions.
• Coordinated four large Family Day events, planning the events and working with customer approvals, communication to employees, coordinating with support departments to setup and run the family events.
• Planned morale events for the team throughout each year utilizing a limited perks budget.
• Coordinated closely with the flight test team, the customer’s media and communications teams, airport, and the Scaled facilities team to facilitate all groups and employees being able to take part in the First Flight event without interrupting or endangering the test.
